Assistant Executive Director

Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and marketing.

Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event outcomes.

Maintain a detailed calendar of events and deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

Mentors (Volunteer Position)

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to program participants.

Serve as a positive role model and guide for personal and academic development.

Work closely with families to create supportive and nurturing environments.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Qualifications:

Passion for mentoring and youth development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience working with youth or families in a mentoring or coaching capacity (preferred).

Graphic Designer Intern

Assist in creating visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.

Work closely with the team to ensure materials align with the organization’s branding and messaging.

Participate in brainstorming and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a Graphic Design, Marketing, or related program (or recent graduate).

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and creativity.
