Assistant Executive Director

• Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Director in managing daily operations.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven leadership experience in nonprofit or community organizations.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Academic Chair

• Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee educational programs and curricula.

  • Provide support to students and families in achieving academic success.

  • Collaborate with mentors to ensure consistent academic progress.

  • Organize workshops and resources to support educational goals.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Experience in educational program management or teaching.

  • Strong understanding of youth development and academic support.

Event Coordinator

• Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events, including workshops, community service projects, and fundraising activities.

  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and marketing.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event outcomes.

  • Maintain a detailed calendar of events and deadlines.

• Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Mentors (Volunteer Position)

• Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to program participants.

  • Serve as a positive role model and guide for personal and academic development.

  • Work closely with families to create supportive and nurturing environments.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

• Qualifications:

  • Passion for mentoring and youth development.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working with youth or families in a mentoring or coaching capacity (preferred).

Graphic Designer Intern

• Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating visually compelling designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.

  • Work closely with the team to ensure materials align with the organization’s branding and messaging.

  • Participate in brainstorming and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and events.

  • Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines.

• Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in a Graphic Design, Marketing, or related program (or recent graduate).

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.

  • Portfolio showcasing design work (preferred).
